The short sleeves in simple solid colors are both fashionable and elegant.
One of my favourite dresses of the ENTIRE season, for obvious reasons. A gorgeous, beautiful shape. Even the sleeves are lovely. I LOVE the length. Midi dresses can be tricky I've found, and I truly feel like this one is perfect. The V neck is just right, and you know it - it's got POCKETS!!! Cute, gorgeous, flattering, BEAUTIFUL, love.
